Project Profile

Help Desk is a service provider tool to the different location siting operator to help them to operate game strive to the user, the public cloud is defined as computing services offered by third-party providers over the public Internet, making them available to anyone who wants to use or purchase them. They may be free or sold on-demand, allowing customers to pay only per usage for the CPU cycles, storage, or bandwidth they consume.

Responsibilities

  • Identified problem solutions from analysis of user requirements and end user reports.
  • Ensured efficient user operation by creating program evaluation support documentation.
  • Upheld quality control in submission of tested software patch files to Engineering Department.
  • Revised work and flowchart programs as required.
  • Modified existing programs and software to better meet end user requirements.
  • Supervised all aspects of business application planning and development.
  • Designing & Writing Web API.
  • Coordinated with technical managers to ensure completion of client signoffs.
  • Provided system administrative support when regular staff unavailable.
  • Used codes and flowcharts to develop technical documentation and reports.
  • Supported workflow management infrastructure components in alignment with business objectives.
  • Reconciled interface of external and internal application systems.
