Members are not saving enough for their retirement. Liberty Corporate would like to assist them to preserve the funds that they have accrued – typically through an employer's participation. This in turn ensures that they have more money available at retirement.

Changing jobs is stressful and members are required to make decisions on their retirement savings at that time. We want to keep their money in the CSUF (Corporate Select Umbrella Fund), while they make up their minds, with no time pressure.

Liberty Corporate is especially mindful of the customer segment that is most at risk, namely the customers with lower fund balances, as these customers would not typically draw interest from FA's (Financial Advisors).

This solution will provide members with a cost-effective preservation solution as a clearly defined alternative to withdrawal of funds.

Responsibilities

• Identified problem solutions from analysis of user requirements and end user reports.
• Coordinated with technical managers to ensure completion of client signoffs.
• Designing the application & Database.
• Design the Web API & implemented the security.
• Analysis of customer requirements
• Development of code as per the business requirements and standards
• Unit testing of the developed code.
• Providing fixes to the issues identified in testing phase.
